With 2023 already in full swing, we thought it would be interesting to reflect on the past year.
2022 brought upon a lot, and it wasn't an easy year for SaaS or e-commerce, but we at Custimy have still been able to release multiple innovative solutions to help the e-commerce industry👇
Throughout the year, we have been focusing on making Custimy more accessible to e-commerce companies.
This means creating integrations to new marketing channels, to deliver even more precise data for our customers.
New integrations in the past year includes Google Ads, DanDomain, TikTok, Snapchat, and many more.
Also, an integration to Meta’s CAPI has allowed Custimy to improve customers' campaigns with data they control.

In early 2022, we released our activation tab. This feature allows you to send Custimy segments directly into your preferred marketing channel.
We believed in making it as easy as possible to target your best customers.
With just a few clicks you can now send your Custimy segments into your marketing channels, ready to be used.
We started out with Facebook ads, but have now expanded to multiple marketing channels such as Klaviyo, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Making split testing, scaling, and managing ad campaigns easier than ever before.
Last summer we released products and category insights to help SMBs understand more of their business, with this feature's focus being on their product portfolio.
Product and category insights have been the first step towards not only helping companies with what customers to acquire, but also what products to use in their advertising.
Understanding what products get returned, bring profits, and have the highest repurchase rate, allows you to allocate budget to the products that benefit the bottom line.
This is because we realised that making SMBs marketing more efficient was more important than ever before.
With a focus on customers and products, we felt it was just as important to bring more channel insights into the Custimy platform.
Late last year, we released Ad view. This new feature to the home dashboard, allows the user to get an instant overview of channel performance.
One of the key benefits of Ad View is the ability to track the effectiveness of different marketing channels in driving conversions and revenue.
This allows marketers to optimize their campaigns and allocate budgets more effectively.
Also being able to see how channel performance drives changes in key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value, is a great start to understanding your business through data.
No doubt that 2022 was the year of AI. For Custimy that meant introducing AI and machine learning technology into the platform, to further help SMBs get the most out of their marketing.
Introducing three new AI-driven metrics:
Propensity to Buy, Probability of Churn, and Predicted Yearly Value
These three metrics helps you understand customer behavior, and enable you to predict profit. This way you can act on the customer journey at the right time, making your marketing-spend more effective.
Using these metrics for segmenting, has proven to be extremely succesful on channels such as Facebook Ads and Email, where conversions from these segments have made incredible results.
